Booking Form : | Once you have been in contact with John or Tina through our enquiry form or discussed the course and decided on your dates, please complete the downloadable booking form for courses, guiding & activities .  You may send the downloadable version by e-mail or by post. You may also wish to hire winter mountain boots, ice axes & crampons if you are new to winter mountaineering – if so please complete the downloadable mountain equipment hire booking form for these items.

Deposit & Balance  : |  We will require a 30% deposit along with the booking form to confirm the booking.   The Balance is due 4 weeks prior to the start date of your time with us. If your booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival the full balance is due at the time of booking.

Payment  can be made by:

  • cheque payable to Snowgoose Mountain Centre & posted to:Snowgoose Mountain Centre & Smiddy Bunkhouse

  • online banking if you have access to internet banking. Bank : Santander;  Sort Code : 09-01-28 ; Account No. 88049336
  • payment by debit or credit card. This is our preferred method of payment
    Payments can be accepted by credit or debit card.

     

 Confirmation of Booking : |  Once we have received the  booking form and deposit you will be sent  a payment receipt / invoice
